Canon XA10 recording file is AVCHD ( MTS/M2TS ) video format. Some people want to transfer and import Canon XA10 AVCHD to Avid Media Composer for further editing on Mac and have a better enjoyment. But, they find that what claims on Wikipedia is not so right--- your files can not be imported to Avid Media Composer.
